If you live in the United States; please make sure to select the option “Ships From Our United States Warehouse (Delivers in 3 - 14 Days)”, if available on the product page, to receive your item within 3 - 14 days, no later than 14 days, guaranteed.*
If you select the option “Ships From Our China Warehouse (Delivers in 20 - 30 Days)”, then please understand that your item will arrive in 20 - 30 days, no later than 30 days, guaranteed.*
Shipping to Worldwide (International):

Conditions for submitting a request for refund
If you did not receive your item within the Guaranteed On-Time Delivery time period, then please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation. If we come to the conclusion that your item was lost due to no fault on your part, then we will either issue you a full refund or send you another item in place of the item you didn’t receive.*

The senors are very good. It also has a very strong holding clip. The only negativ part is that it just works with the cable on (thought it was chargable). Since my car has the cogaret lighter at the middle console and the cable is very short, it almost don‘t reaches all the way to the charger
