Returns & Refund
Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by KeepTaxisAlive.Org on all of our products. If you receive a product that was bought on our site, and you find that it is defective or not as described, then please contact us to request a refund up to 7 day after receiving the product. Once your request for refund has been approved, please send us the product back for a full refund.
Scope of Guarantee
All products on KeepTaxisAlive.Org are protected under our Returns & Refund Guarantee if the items you received are defective or not as described.
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claimed to be not as described, but we can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
Guaranteed Protection Period
You can submit a request for refund up to 7 days after you have received your order. You can do this by simply contacting us. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.
Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests
1. If you did not receive your item within the guaranteed delivery time period, then please contacting us immediately so we can start an investigation. If we come to the conclusion that your item was lost due to no fault on your part, then we will either issue you a refund or send you another item in place of the item you didn’t receive.
2. If you received an item that is damaged or not as described, then please submit a request for refund up to 7 days after you have received your order. You can do this by simply contacting us. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.
Return Shipping Fee
Please do not ship your item back to us unless we accept your request for refund. If we agree to accept the request for refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please make sure to provide us with the tracking information so we can track your returned package. Your refund will be issued back to your credit card or PayPal account once we receive the returned item.
