On-Time Delivery

KeepTaxisAlive.Org guarantees that all products are delivered on time free of charge. This is also known as On-Time Delivery. On each product page you can find within how many days this product should be delivered. On-time Delivery starts the moment we ship out the product to you. If you have purchased anything on our site, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can request to receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Scope of Guarantee

  • Shipping to the United States:
    All products on KeepTaxisAlive.Org are guaranteed to be delivered to our USA customers within 3 – 14 days from our United States warehouse, and within 20 – 30 days from our China warehouse. If you live in the United States; please make sure to select the option “Ships From Our United States Warehouse (Delivers in 3 – 14 Days)”, if available, to receive your item within 3 – 14 days, no later than 14 days, guaranteed.
    If you select the option “Ships From Our China Warehouse (Delivers in 20 – 30 Days)”, then please understand that your item will arrive in 20 – 30 days, no later than 30 days, guaranteed.
  • Shipping to Worldwide (International):
    Products listed in the categories “CLOTHING & APPAREL” and “HOME & LIVING” are delivered from our USA warehouse to our International customers (excluding the United States) within 10 – 20 days, no later than 20 days, guaranteed.
    All other products are delivered from either our USA warehouse or our China warehouse to our International customers (excluding the United States) within 30 – 45 days, no later than 45 days, guaranteed.

 
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your item did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Lost or stolen packages left at the front door (i.e. no one is home at the delivery time).
3. Your item did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by weather or a natural disaster or by other exceptional circumstances).

Guaranteed Protection Period
You can submit a request for refund up to 7 days after you have received your item. You can do this by simply contacting us. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests
1. If you did not receive your item within the guaranteed delivery time period, then please contacting us immediately so we can start an investigation. If we come to the conclusion that your item was lost due to no fault on your part, then we will either issue you a refund or send you another item in place of the item you didn’t receive.
2. If you received an item that is damaged or not as described, then please submit a request for refund up to 7 days after you have received your order. You can do this by simply contacting us. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.
