We guarantee that all products sold on our Store (KTA Store) will be delivered on time.*
On each product page in our store, you can find within how many days that product should be delivered to you after the order has been processed. On-time Delivery period starts the moment we ship out the product to you. Once your order has been processed and shipped out to you, we will then email you its tracking information.
Scope of the Guarantee
Shipping to the United States:
- Products listed on our store under the categories "Clothing & Apparel” and “Home & Living” are mainly shipped from our USA warehouse. These products will be delivered to our USA customers within 3 - 14 days, no later than 14 days, guaranteed.*
- All other products on the KTA Store are guaranteed to be delivered to our USA customers within 3 - 14 days from our United States warehouse and within 20 - 30 days from our China warehouse. If you live in the United States; please make sure to select the option “Ships From Our United States Warehouse (Delivers in 3 - 14 Days)”, if available on the product page, to receive your item within 3 - 14 days, no later than 14 days, guaranteed.*
If you select the option “Ships From Our China Warehouse (Delivers in 20 - 30 Days)”, then please understand that your item will arrive in 20 - 30 days, no later than 30 days, guaranteed.*
Shipping to Worldwide (International):
- Products listed in the categories "Clothing & Apparel” and “Home & Living” are mainly delivered from our USA warehouse. These products will be delivered to our International customers within 10 – 20 days, no later than 20 days, guaranteed.*
- All other products on the KTA Store are guaranteed to be delivered to our International customers from either our USA warehouse or our China warehouse within 30 – 40 days, no later than 40 days, guaranteed.*
Conditions for submitting a request for refund
If you did not receive your item within the Guaranteed On-Time Delivery time period, then please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation. If we come to the conclusion that your item was lost due to no fault on your part, then we will either issue you a full refund or send you another item in place of the item you didn’t receive.*
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your item did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
- Lost or stolen packages left at the front door (i.e. no one is home at the delivery time).
- Your item did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by weather or a natural disaster or by other exceptional circumstances).
- You purchased the item by mistake or you decided that you no longer want the item you received.
