If you live in the United States; please make sure to select the option “Ships From Our United States Warehouse (Delivers in 3 - 14 Days)”, if available on the product page, to receive your item within 3 - 14 days, no later than 14 days, guaranteed.*
If you select the option “Ships From Our China Warehouse (Delivers in 20 - 30 Days)”, then please understand that your item will arrive in 20 - 30 days, no later than 30 days, guaranteed.*
Shipping to Worldwide (International):

Conditions for submitting a request for refund

If we come to the conclusion that your item was lost due to no fault on your part, then we will either issue you a full refund or send you another item in place of the item you didn’t receive.*
