KTA Marketplace - Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds is a guarantee provided on all products sold on our marketplace. If you receive a product that was bought from a vendor on our marketplace, and you find that it is defective or not as described, then please contact the vendor immediately to request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Once your request for refund has been approved by the vendor, please send the product back to the vendor for a full refund.

Scope of the Guarantee

All products on our marketplace are protected under our Returns & Refunds Guarantee if the items you received are defective or not as described.

Guaranteed Protection Period
You can submit a request for refund within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by simply contacting the vendor you purchased the item from. 

Conditions for submitting requests for refunds
1. If you did not receive your item within the guaranteed delivery time period, then please contact the vendor immediately so they can start an investigation. If the vendor comes to the conclusion that your item was lost due to no fault on your part, then the vendor will either issue you a refund or send you another item in place of the item you didn’t receive.
2. If you received an item that is damaged or not as described, then please submit a request for refund within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by simply contacting the vendor. 

The following situations are not covered under this guarantee:
1. An item you claimed to be not as described, but the vendor was able to prove that it is as described.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
3. Items you purchased by mistake.
4. If you submit a request for refund to the vendor after the 7 days Guarantee Protection Period has expired.

Return shipping costs
Please DO NOT ship your item back to the vendor unless they approve your request for refund. If the vendor agrees to accept the request for refund, then please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the vendor offers to pay for those shipping costs. Please make sure to provide the vendor with the tracking information so they can track your returned package. Your refund will be issued back to your method of payment (credit card or PayPal account) once the vendor receives the returned item.
Please note that it may take up to 5 – 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account once a refund has been issued.
