We guarantee that all products sold on our marketplace will be delivered on time.*
This is also known as “Guaranteed On-Time Delivery”. On each vendor’s product page you can find within how many days that product should be delivered to you after the order has been processed. On-time Delivery period starts the moment the vendor ships out the product to you. If you have purchased anything on our marketplace, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can contact the vendor to request a full refund.*

Scope of the Guarantee

Conditions for submitting requests for refunds
If you did not receive your item within the Guaranteed On-Time Delivery time period, then please contact the vendor immediately so they can start an investigation. If the vendor comes to the conclusion that your item was lost due to no fault on your part, then the vendor will either issue you a full refund or send you another item in place of the item you didn’t receive.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your item did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Lost or stolen packages left at the front door (i.e. no one is home at the delivery time).
3. Your item did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by weather or a natural disaster or by other exceptional circumstances).
4. You purchased the item by mistake or you decided that you no longer want the item you received.


  1. Please allow the vendor 3 to 5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped out to you.
  2. Please note that the normal estimated delivery times that are stated on the vendor’s product page may be increased by 5 to 10 days due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This means that orders with the normal 3 to 14 days estimated delivery time for example, may now be delivered in 8 to 24 days instead due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
  3. Please note that if you place a multi-item order of different products on our marketplace then you may receive separate packages at separate times since different products may sometimes be shipped out by different vendors from seperate warehouses.
