  • All other products on the KTA Store are guaranteed to be delivered to our USA customers within 3 - 14 days from our United States warehouse and within 20 - 30 days from our China warehouse. If you live in the United States; please make sure to select the option “Ships From Our United States Warehouse (Delivers in 3 - 14 Days)”, if available on the product page, to receive your item within 3 - 14 days, no later than 14 days, guaranteed.*
    If you select the option “Ships From Our China Warehouse (Delivers in 20 - 30 Days)”, then please understand that your item will arrive in 20 - 30 days, no later than 30 days, guaranteed.*

If you receive a product that was bought on our store (KTA Store), and you find that the product is defective or not as described, then please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs
Please DO NOT ship your item back to us unless we approve your request for an RMA. If we accept the request, then please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Your refund will be issued back to your method of payment (your credit card or PayPal account) once we receive the returned item.
